Children's Book
The Objective: Reillustrate an existing children’s book. I chose The Little Mouse, the Red Ripe Strawberry and the Big Hungry Bear by Don and Audrey Wood The Solution: The images were created in adobe illustrator for flat colors and then brought them into photoshop to add texture and shading. As the story progresses, the images show the little mouse being spoken to by another character and he imagines everything being told to him about the big, hungry bear. I added the twist at the end of the narrator actually being the bear, which was not in the original version. Art Direction: Paul Kepple
