Travel Guide to Tokyo
The Objective: Illustrate a travel guide for Tokyo, Japan. Including a cover, title page, three spreads from provided copy, a map, and additional spreads to hold information based on research The Solution: Having a strong interest in Japanese textiles, and an illustration style that utilizes textures, I came up with the concept to use scans of Japanese textiles and combine them with my vector illustrations.
